The New York office, which initially employs 22 professionals across advisory, research, and operations functions, complements the firm's European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. Together, the two offices provide Crossover Consulting with continuous timezone coverage spanning European and American business hours, enabling real-time coordination on complex cross-border transactions.

The new office features a state-of-the-art client briefing center, dedicated deal rooms for confidential transaction management, and a research lab staffed with analysts covering all 14 industry verticals served by the firm. The facility was designed to accommodate the firm's projected growth to 40 professionals by the end of 2026.
